How all three services are delivered
Every Lineara service begins with a short initial conversation — by phone or in person — where we listen to what the family needs and confirm whether one of our services is the right fit. If it is, we agree scope in writing before any session begins.
Sessions take place at your home or office. We bring our own equipment — portable scanners, labelling tools, workshop materials — and we work alongside you at whatever pace is comfortable. At no point do original documents leave your possession.
All three services close with a written handover: a folder index or session summary that explains what was done and how to maintain or build on it going forward.

Personal Records Organising
A careful, administrative service that helps families gather and arrange their own personal and estate-related papers into a clear, labelled system — with folders and safe digital backups. Purely organisational, with no advice and no document drafting. Ideal for families who feel their records have grown untidy and want a reliable system to maintain going forward.

Purely informational, offering structure and prompts rather than guidance requiring a licence. Suitable for individuals who wish to record their own story, and for families who want to do this together.

Strictly an organisation and archiving service, with no advice and no drafting that requires a licence. Best suited to families with a significant collection they want to preserve for future generations.

Privacy by default
We do not copy, transmit or retain any family documents. All materials remain with the family after every session.
Scope agreed in writing
Every engagement is documented before it begins. No additional charges arise without prior discussion and family agreement.
Bilingual capability
Our team works in Thai and English. All labels, guides and catalogue entries can be produced in either or both languages.
No advisory services
Lineara does not offer legal, financial or estate planning guidance of any kind. We refer families elsewhere when such guidance is needed.
Standard file formats only
Digital archives are delivered as PDF and JPEG files in a logical folder structure. No proprietary software is required to use them.
Follow-up questions welcome
Families are welcome to contact us by phone or email after a project closes if they have questions about using or maintaining what was created.
