Lineara ("we", "us", "our") is a personal records organisation and family legacy archiving service based at 77 Thalang Road, Mueang, Phuket 83000, Thailand. We collect only the information needed to respond to your enquiry and to deliver the service you have requested. This may include:

- Service-related records — where you engage us for a records organising or archiving service, we may hold copies of documents, photographs and notes only as strictly needed to complete the work, and only with your knowledge and agreement.
- Technical data — browser type, approximate location (country level), referring page and session duration, collected automatically via cookies and analytics tools.

Retention periods: Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months from the date of submission. Service records are kept for up to 36 months following completion of the service, or longer if required by Thai law. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 6).

- Delivering the records organisation, workshop or archiving service you have requested
